AI that reads the open record of emerging technology, every day.
KPsphere is an AI signal-intelligence platform built on open sources. Every day, on a fixed schedule, it searches research databases, patent registries and funding sources, working through twelve technology sectors in rotation, and each morning publishes what moved.
What we publish
Key findings link to their sources. Pick the depth and the format that suit you.

Deep research reports
A deep-research report on one development: what was published, who filed for it, who funded it, how ready it is, and what to watch next. Public reports every day; subscriber reports on the sectors they choose.
Browse the archive→
The daily briefing
Two a day: one emailed each morning on a single development, with the paper, the patent or the award linked, and a second published here. Free, and the fastest way to see how we work.
Read recent briefings→
Video and podcast
Three podcast episodes a week and short documentary videos, made from the same sources as the written work.
Videos and episodes→Free research every day. More on your sectors with a plan.
A short film on what KPsphere publishes free, and what a subscription adds on the sectors you choose.
AI-ASSISTED VIDEO: The shots marked CONCEPT VISUALIZATION on screen are AI-generated visuals (Google Veo 3.1 Fast). The screens shown are real recordings, with captions, outlines, highlighting and labels added, and people's names and the text around quoted passages blurred: kpsphere.com pages and free KPsphere reports, a grant record opened from one of them, and a KPsphere test account's subscriber settings page. Any sped-up or shortened moment is marked on screen. Text, stat and price cards are graphics. The narration is the founder's voice, generated with ElevenLabs.
Plans
The public archive is free to read. A subscription adds subscriber-only research on the sector you choose, not published on the site. Cancel any time.
Sector Watch
- A deep-research report every Tuesday on one sector (four a month)
- Evidence workbook with each freshly researched report
- Monthly sector landscape and signal alerts
Sector Watch + Custom Reports
- Everything in Sector Watch
- Two custom reports a month, on any topic you choose, delivered by email
- One company or lab tracked by name, weekly
Multi-Sector

How it is made
Open sources in, AI analysis in the middle, a checkable document out. We would rather you audit the work than take our word for it, which is why the whole archive is public.
Read the open record
Every day, on a fixed schedule, the platform searches open research databases for new papers, patent filings, grant awards and corporate filings, rotating through twelve sectors.
Find the signal
AI reads the gathered records together and drafts the report from them. An automated check then tests up to ten of its key claims against that same evidence and revises the ones its AI reviewers refute.
Publish with the citation
Findings are written up and dated. Key findings link to the papers, patent filings, grant awards and other records they come from, drawn from 20+ research databases. The AI is instructed to say where the evidence is thin.

The latest roundup video and a library of short documentaries built from the same papers, filings and awards as the written work.
The latest roundup video appears here when it is published.
KPsphere Signals
Three episodes a week, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday, on what actually moved in emerging technology, with key findings linked to their sources.
KPsphereAI ScoutBOT
For business development and capture teams: an AI analyst for government contracts and grants, plugged into SAM.gov, Grants.gov, SBIR and federal award data. It finds the opportunities that fit your company, judges them against the solicitation, and drafts a starter response your team finishes. Built on the same research platform.
Who we are
KPsphere combines emerging technology research, AI-enabled automation, and experienced program leadership to help organizations make informed decisions and carry out complex work. Our services span technology intelligence, strategic planning, program and administrative support, and digital communication. We bring together a working research platform and our founders’ experience in defense, government support, and business operations to develop practical approaches matched to each client’s mission and resources.
Our research method is checkable. Reports, briefings and episodes are dated and name the sources behind their key findings, so you can open them yourself. The platform connects source retrieval, drafting, quality control and distribution across writing, audio and video.
For organizations we also research on commission, build automated research and monitoring pipelines, and advise on technology assessment. The capability statement→
