Company Overview
KPsphere LLC is a veteran-owned small business delivering emerging-technology intelligence,
strategic planning and policy support, and program and administrative support. We operate a
continuously running research platform that reads peer-reviewed literature, patent filings
and funded grant awards across twelve technology sectors, publishing dated, primary-sourced
analysis daily. Our principals have performed technology watch, strategic governance, program
management and budget execution inside federal organisations at the senior executive and
general officer level.
KPsphere LLC is a veteran-owned small business that turns primary-source research into
decisions. We run a continuously operating intelligence platform that reads peer-reviewed
literature, patent filings and funded grant awards across twelve technology sectors, and
publishes the results daily — openly at kpsphere.com and privately to subscribers.
That platform is a product, and it is also proof of method: every claim we publish is
dated, cited to a primary document and open to inspection.
For government and prime-contractor clients we apply the same discipline three ways:
technology intelligence (horizon scanning, technology
watch, state-of-the-science assessments, dual-use evaluation),
strategic planning and policy support (governance
products, staff actions, issuances, decision-support packages for senior leaders), and
program and administrative support (task management,
budget execution oversight, contractor oversight, training delivery). Our principals have
performed all three inside federal organisations, at the Senior Executive Service and
General Officer level.
Core Competencies
Automated AI Tech Scouting
Continuous, AI-driven monitoring of global technical data, open-source academic research, and
venture funding to identify frontier capabilities ahead of traditional acquisition cycles.
Operational Readiness Assessment
Translating commercial technologies into tactical mission applications, grounded in operational
service experience and high-level technical panel evaluation.
Technical Intelligence Synthesis
Converting complex R&D data into structured executive briefs and cinematic video
intelligence for rapid, accessible stakeholder consumption.
Venture & Startup Evaluation
Assessing the technical credibility and integration readiness of venture-backed firms for
deployment in classified, austere, or highly regulated environments.
Key Differentiators
The KPsphere Engine
A proprietary, fully-automated OSINT pipeline processing technical data continuously,
delivering speed in threat and capability awareness that manual review cannot match. The public
archive above is its live output, not a portfolio of selected samples.
Tactical Ground-Truth Context
End-user insight informs every technical evaluation. Technologies are not merely summarized;
they are assessed for deployability, latency, and operational impact.
Demonstrated Capability
KPsphere LLC is a new entity without corporate past performance. What follows separates
what the company demonstrably operates today from what its principals have performed
inside federal organisations.
Company — operating now, open to inspection
- A continuously operating research platform. Automated
retrieval across more than twenty primary databases — peer-reviewed literature, patent filings,
federal grant and contract awards — producing dated, cited intelligence products every day
without manual collection.
- A public, verifiable archive. Deep-research reports, daily
briefings, video modules and a three-times-weekly podcast distributed through Spotify, Amazon
Music and YouTube Music, across twelve technology sectors, every item dated and traceable to
a primary document. Anyone can check the work before engaging us; the counts above read live
from that archive.
- A paid subscription product in service. Subscriber-only
technology dossiers of 20–24 pages, each built from 28–40 primary sources, delivered on
schedule and on demand — the same class of deliverable a technology assessment task order
asks for, already running as a business.
Prior experience of the principals
- Technology watch and horizon scanning. Delivered
state-of-the-science analysis for senior research and technology offices, including recurring
science-and-technology bulletins and international cooperation engagements.
- Strategic governance and policy. Authored a published joint
headquarters instruction; built governance products and decision packages for three- and
four-star principals; coordinated issuances and legislative responses.
- Programme leadership and budget execution. Ran a national
programme across 54 states and territories with a $27M requirement; served as Contracting Officer
Representative on a $15.7M support contract; supported a $35M portfolio.
- Operations and administrative support at scale. Commanded
350 personnel across eight sites; served as incident commander of a vaccination site that
delivered 29,000 doses; built task management, personnel accountability and reporting systems
for joint staffs.
- Federal contracting operations. Registered and operated a
small business through federal programmes, performed on a DoD contract, and sold through the
Defense Logistics Agency DIBBS platform.
The KPsphere Ecosystem
The same platform feeds every channel below. It is included here because sustaining daily
output across written, video and audio formats — from automated primary-source retrieval
through drafting, quality control, production and distribution — is itself the capability:
a small business delivering on a schedule that would normally require a team.
Everything is public and checkable:
the research archive,
the video channel,
the podcast
and the subscription tiers.
Subscription intelligence
Paid tiers delivering sector monitoring, 20–24 page dossiers, monthly landscapes,
named-organisation tracking and on-demand research requests answered within 24 hours.
Available to government and prime-contractor teams as well as commercial subscribers.
Public research archive
Free daily briefings, deep-research reports and a weekly digest across twelve sectors
— the open record that lets any prospective client audit our method before engaging.
Video & audio
A daily technology channel and a three-times-weekly podcast — published to
Spotify, Amazon Music and YouTube Music — translating primary research for
non-specialist audiences. The same competency required for briefing products,
training material and technical communication to non-technical decision makers.
