What it is
KPsphere's own research and publishing system for twelve technology sectors: reports, briefings, videos and podcasts.
How it works
Scheduled jobs search scientific literature, patent filings, federal grant and contract award records and other public data every day on a fixed schedule, rotating through the sectors. AI drafts each report, and a separate automated fact-check pass reviews it before publication; a check that flags a problem or cannot run alerts the owner. Key findings link to the papers, patent filings, grant awards and other records they come from, drawn from 20+ research databases.
What it produced
1,600+ dated items since April 2026, including 300+ full reports and 950+ written briefings. A recent full report on gallium oxide power transistors (October 3, 2026) links 55 distinct sources.

How it works
About 80 scheduled jobs route work across multiple AI models under spending caps. A watchdog replays runs that a deployment strands, transient failures are retried within set limits, and a failure that persists opens a tracked issue and a proposed code fix, released only after automated tests pass.
What it produced
8,851 recorded runs in seven days. Most were frequent delivery, sign-up and monitoring checks; the other 770 produced the daily reports, videos and podcasts or ran learning, maintenance and business tasks.
Why it matters
AI pilots and process automation need monitoring, audit trails and controlled repair to stay reliable after launch.

What it is

How it works
It indexes SAM.gov notices and their attachments, Grants.gov opportunities, and award history from FPDS and USAspending. It answers questions with AI and lists the sources it checked, and it builds starter response packages for a team to finish. Two-factor sign-in, by passkey or authenticator app, is available on every account.
What it produced
A production web application with accounts, two-factor sign-in, support recovery tools and six published how-to videos. An Android app is in preparation.
Why it matters
Hands-on engineering with federal acquisition data, AI document reading and account security, and working knowledge of how notices, set-asides and award records are structured.

What it is
AI-assisted production of instructional videos, product films, research explainers and podcasts.
How it works
Scripts are drafted with AI from the research. An AI review checks three frames of each generated clip and flags garbled text or deformed hands for regeneration. The how-to series was scripted, recorded from the live application, narrated in the founder's own AI voice clone and checked on a sheet of sampled frames before release. AI-generated scenes are labeled on screen, and every upload since late April 2026 carries an AI-disclosure line.
What it produced
490+ public videos since April 2026: a research explainer published daily, Shorts three times a week and the KPsphere Signals podcast three times a week on Spotify, Amazon Music and YouTube Music, plus six how-to videos of about four minutes each and product films for KPsphere AI ScoutBOT.

How it works
Security and compliance checks run on a schedule and alert only when something needs attention (listed at left). KPsphere AI ScoutBOT offers two-factor sign-in on every account.
What it produced
Two production websites serving security headers, including strict transport security and referrer and permissions policies, with automated tests run on every code change.
Why it matters
Federal buyers expect contract information to be safeguarded and software to be built with secure habits. These are automated checks; no compliance certification is claimed.

AI in production, with controls

Reports go through an automated fact-check before publication, AI-generated scenes are labeled on screen, every video uploaded since late April 2026 carries an AI-disclosure line, and every automated run leaves a record.

Instructional media made in-house

For each requirement, KPsphere will hire or subcontract the people it needs, and will confirm any teaming partner in writing before a teamed response is submitted.

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

John leads KPsphere’s strategy, technology development, and research services. He built the company’s research and automation platform to turn emerging technology developments into clear, evidence-based insights for decision-makers.

His prior experience spans technology scouting, cybersecurity research, strategic planning, policy development, and international science and technology cooperation. He directed technology-watch and horizon-scanning efforts supporting research offices and developed decision-support products for executive leaders. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran and entrepreneur, John has founded and operated two small businesses, including a federal contractor. He holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity Management and Policy.

An Army National Guard officer, Christian’s prior experience includes leading a national program across 54 states and territories, serving as a Contracting Officer’s Representative, and commanding 350 personnel across eight locations. His background spans program evaluation, prevention and resilience, medical logistics, and emergency management. He holds master’s degrees in Social Work, Public Health, and Health Administration.
